COVID-19 Updates

Dear clients:

As many of you are aware, barbershops and salons have been moved into Phase One of the City's Back-to-Business Framework for Memphis and Shelby County. While we are excited to return, the safety of our team members and clients are at the forefront of every decision we make.

We will continue to monitor recommendations from the CDC and local government officials making adjustments in areas needed to ensure that this remains our first priority.

Over the course of the next week we will implement and train our team members on additional sanitary and safety measures in preparation for our reopen date of Tuesday, May 12, 2020.

Online appointments will be available May 6, 2020.


  • Select staff will be available beginning May 12, 2020 with additional team members coming onboard once the occupancy capacity is lifted above 50%.
  • Spa and shave services will not be offered at this time.
  • Stations will be 10 feet apart and sanitized using hospital grade disinfectant between each appointment.
  • Employees are screened for illness prior to beginning work every day and are required to wear a face mask/shield and gloves.
  • Our self-serve coffee station and water fountains will be temporarily closed.
  • As we have always done, we will follow all State of Tennessee guidelines for the sanitation of salon tools and implements.


  • Walk-Ins are not permitted and clients will be seen by appointment only. A valid credit card will be required to secure your appointment.
  • Clients are asked to wait inside their vehicles. A member of our team will notify you once your appointment is ready and you can enter the premises.
  • Clients are asked to wear masks to the extent possible for services.
  • Unless the customers is a minor, no non-customer companions are allowed during a service.
  • Clients are asked to cancel their appointment(s) if they have a fever or any other symptoms of COVID-19.
